For privacy questions or requests, email coelevium@gmail.com. You do not need to use the enquiry form or accept our Website Terms to make a privacy request.
Information we receive
- Enquiry details: your name, email address, company if supplied, enquiry type, and message.
- Submission records: an enquiry reference, submission time, the Website Terms version you accepted and when you accepted it, and the Privacy Notice version displayed with your submission.
- Technical information: hosting and security services may process your IP address, browser and device information, request information, and service logs to deliver and protect the website.
- Abuse prevention: our form derives a daily-changing identifier from your network address to limit repeated submissions. This is pseudonymous information, not anonymous information. The enquiry table does not store the raw IP address.
- Correspondence: information you provide when communicating with us by email.
Name, email and a message are required to use the form so we can understand and answer your enquiry. Providing company information is optional. You are not legally required to make an enquiry.
Please do not send identity documents, payment details, sensitive personal information, or confidential files through this form. Provide only what is necessary to explain your enquiry.
How we use information
We use information to review and respond to your enquiry, discuss services you request, keep necessary business and acceptance records, prevent abuse, resolve issues, and meet applicable legal obligations.
An enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. We do not use the enquiry form to enrol you in advertising or marketing campaigns, and we do not sell enquiry information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
The form has automated validation and temporary submission limits. We do not use it to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you, or to build advertising profiles.
Grounds for processing
Where EU or UK data-protection law applies, responding to an individual’s request about entering a consulting agreement may involve steps requested before a contract. For contacts acting for a business, and for site security and necessary business records, the relevant basis may be our legitimate interests in communicating with prospective clients and operating a secure business, balanced against the individual’s rights. Legal recordkeeping obligations may also apply.
Where we rely on consent, we will request it for the particular processing and explain how to withdraw it. Accepting the Website Terms is not consent to unrelated processing, marketing, or all international transfers. Other applicable laws may require different processing grounds or separate notices and consent.
Who may receive information
Access to stored enquiries is restricted to the company’s authorised operator. Services used to run the website and communicate with you may also process information:
- OpenAI Sites: website hosting, access management and platform operations.
- Cloudflare: delivery, security, server processing and the enquiry database used by the hosting platform.
- Resend: sends an enquiry notification to our operator, including your submitted name, email address, company (if supplied), enquiry type and message.
- Google Gmail: receives these notifications and handles email correspondence with you. Enquiry details may therefore also be held in our mailbox.
Providers may have their own responsibilities for account, security or service information under their applicable terms and privacy notices. We may also disclose relevant information to professional advisers, authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to address legal claims, subject to applicable safeguards.
International handling
The company’s operator accesses enquiries from China. Our hosting, security, database and email providers operate internationally, so information may be processed outside your home country, including in the United States. We do not promise that records remain in any single country.
Cross-border requirements depend on the people involved, the data flow and the services used. Contact coelevium@gmail.com to discuss the handling of your information or request available transfer information before sending sensitive material. This notice and submission of an enquiry do not by themselves authorise a transfer that otherwise requires a specific legal mechanism or separate consent.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry and correspondence records while reasonably needed to respond, manage an active business discussion, maintain necessary acceptance records, or meet an applicable legal obligation or legal-claim need. We consider whether the discussion remains active, whether a client relationship follows, and whether a dispute or recordkeeping requirement justifies continued retention. Information that is no longer needed should be deleted or anonymised.
Network-derived abuse identifiers become eligible for removal after 24 hours. The enquiry system clears eligible identifiers during subsequent form processing, so this is not a guarantee of deletion at exactly 24 hours. Provider security logs and backups are subject to the providers’ applicable retention arrangements.
You can ask us to delete or correct your information by emailing coelevium@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained where the law permits or requires it; we will explain an applicable exception.
Your rights and choices
Depending on the law and circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, a portable copy, or restrictions on the use of your information. You may withdraw consent for processing based on consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Right to object: where applicable, you may object to processing based on legitimate interests, including on grounds relating to your particular situation. Email coelevium@gmail.com to exercise this or another privacy right.
We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify a request and will respond within the time limits that apply. You can also complain to the relevant data-protection authority. UK residents can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office; EU residents can contact the authority where they live, work, or believe an infringement occurred.
Security and younger visitors
We use access restrictions, encrypted website connections, input validation and abuse controls to help protect information. No online service can guarantee complete security. Please contact us if you believe information has been exposed or submitted without authorisation.
This is a business consulting website, not a service directed to children. Please do not use the form if you are under 18. If a child has supplied personal information, contact us so we can assess and remove it as appropriate.
Changes to this notice
We will publish revisions on this page with an updated date. Where a change materially affects how we use information already collected, we will provide additional notice and obtain consent where required before that new use. A changed notice alone does not remove your existing rights.
